No objection to concept design for rehabilitation of an existing service road for pedestrian use, per materials received 5 June 2025. Scope of work includes roadway resurfacing; installation of stormwater management infrastructure; preservation of all existing trees and planting of 12 new trees; and installation of new site furnishings that are consistent with National Park Service standards for the National Mall.
