Scope of work includes removal of original 15" pin-mounted bronze letters on west facade frieze reading "INDUSTRIAL COLLEGE OF THE ARMED FORCES" and replacement with new 15" pin-mounted bronze letters reading "DWIGHT D. EISENHOWER SCHOOL" in same location. Materials indicate that disused mounting holes in the limestone will be repaired and the original letters will be reinstalled inside the building.
