No objection to the final plans for the installation of five interpretive wayside signs on the St. Elizabeths West Campus, located at 2700 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE, as shown in materials received and dated 3 September 2019. This is the first group of wayside sign installations that will be part of a larger interpretive sign program for the West Campus to fulfill a mitigation measure in the 2008 Programmatic Agreement for the redevelopment of the campus as the headquarters of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
