No objection to issuance of a revised permit for repairs to existing chimneys and reconstruction of upper portions of the brick site walls to a modified height of 4'-2" utilizing brick salvaged from the previously demolished wall, per supplemental drawings received 16 August 2019, PROVIDED any new brick required matches the existing in size, color, and texture and a mortar mock-up for Old Georgetown Board review is completed prior to construction using the historic mortar analysis as a basis for mortar composition and color. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
