In its public meeting of 21 September conducted by videoconference, the Commission of Fine Arts approved, based on its prior review of the submission materials, the revised concept design for a new housing and support facility at the Marine Barracks Washington Annex, located at 7th and L Streets, SE, and delegated review of the final design to the staff. In its approval action, the Commission expressed appreciation for the refinements to the design and encouraged continued consideration of adding more trees to the landscape at the north side of the building.
For the development of the final design, please consult with the staff which, as always, is available to assist you.
