No objection to the proposed exterior and interior alterations in the non-historic space currently leased by by Barnes & Noble which will be leased to H&M clothing store in the near future, as shown in materials received and dated 5 February 2013. The work includes: increasing the height of a portion of the roof adjacent to the parking garage to a level just below the existing parapet allowing for a mezzanine level to be created within the retail space; the removal of the existing framework that formerly held a theater sign marquee on exterior of the building; and the removal and relocation of HVAC equipment.
