No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations, including two-story rear addition, removal of existing two-story rear porch, alterations to windows and door in historic building, skylights that will not be visible from public thoroughfare, and new door and window openings on side wing, as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 24 January and 21 February 2006. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval. Site and landscape work is not part of this permit review as it is undergoing separate concept review (see case OG 06-062).
