No objection to issuance of permit for proposed repair of existing stucco on chimney, repair of trim, replacement of window trim to match existing, and replacement of entry door with solid wood door, as indicated in supplemental information dated 10 December 2007. The replacement of the wood siding with Hardiplank was NOT approved and was deleted from this permit application. The original windows were re-installed on the 37th St facade. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
