No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations as shown in supplemental drawings dated 23 March 2009, which indicate single-hung insulated wood windows with simulated-divided-lites, French door only at center opening on second floor, wood entry door, metal brackets for balcony, and brick stoop. New window heads, door heads, trim, 7/8 inch muntins and cornice details must match profile and dimensions of details of adjacent house. Second floor windows must align with sills and heads of windows on adjacent building. Decorated head on windows on side and rear walls should be deleted. Existing sign panel, alterations to balcony, light fixtures at second floor, speakers and satellite dish, installed without review or permit, were not approved and must be removed no later than 31 May 2009. Tables, chairs and umbrellas on balcony were not approved. Existing gas light fixtures will be replaced with smaller electric fixtures. File new submission of detailed drawings for sign with permit application for review by the Commission when ready.
