No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to masonry openings to increase height of second floor windows on garage structure facing alley, and for new wood double hung insulated windows with 7/8-inch SDL muntins and no screens as shown in supplemental drawings dated 15 May 2009. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit. Metal louvered door was not approved as shown and was deleted from this permit application. Recommend a wood louver door and panel with uniform sill.
