No objection to issuance of permit for proposed 15-inch by 30-inch projecting sign reading 'Madeline Wade' installed at second floor level between window shutter and recess above entrance door to business on second floor as shown in supplemental drawings dated 3 June 2009. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit. The Commission requests property owner to properly maintain historic building, including painting exterior wall facades.
