No objection to concept design for proposed alterations to existing parking pad off rear alley, including replacement of concrete with brick pavers, facing retaining wall in brick, new brick stairs to new terrace and repair to masonry wall, which are an improvement over existing condition. Recommend introduction of a landscape bed along the side of the parking pad. File new submission of detailed drawings and product information with a permit application for review by the Commission. Proposed alterations to rear, rear addition, terrace and trellis were reviewed under separate permit application (see case OG 11-041).
