No objection to concept design for proposed alterations to rear garage structure as shown in supplemental drawings dated 21 December 2011, including partial demolition, reconstruction with enlarged footprint towards the alley and gable roof with shed dormers. Recommend further study of height of ridge and eave not to exceed nearby garage structures on north side of alley, configuration of dormers, detailing of all dormers. Recommend a trellis representing a garden structure rather than a connector. File new submission of working drawings, including details, dimensions, mechanical equipment and cut-sheets, with permit application for review by the Commission.
