The Commission regrets that roof structure on shed was removed prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed reconstruction of roof to match original configuration, re-using salvaged slate shingles and copper gutter as noted on supplemental drawings dated 18 November 2011. Replacement shingles and gutter, where needed, must match original materials and be located on garden side. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
