No objection to issuance of permit for proposed steel windows, doors, canopy, cornice, roof deck, pool, and penthouse alterations as shown in drawings dated 18 January 2012. No mechanical equipment, generator, or satellite dishes to project above penthouse coping. North yard and awning alterations have been deleted from this application. Erect full-size electrified cornice mock-up for review by the Old Georgetown Board prior to ordering materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
