Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for proposed addition of pre-fabricated temporary structure into the open space separating the historic Little Tavern building from the larger structure to the west. As proposed, the shed would adversely impact the facades of both structures as they turn the corner into the space. A temporary wood shed on M Street is not appropriate to the character of the historic district.
