Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for a one–story rear addition at the second floor as shown in supplemental drawings dated 20 June 2014 which indicate addition is 2 feet lower than the rear wall of building, use of double hung windows, in–fill of window opening on rear wall, and introduction of metal bracket and glass trellis as required by DCRA technical review to meet zoning requirements. Note that banner with lettering reading "Solbiato" mounted to front facade, which was installed prior to review and was not approved, has been removed as previously recommended. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
