No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to roof terraces at units 107, 211 and 212, and for alterations to stairs at pool terrace associated with waterproofing work. Planters on residential terraces to be reconstructed to match existing. All new work to match existing with use of as much salvaged brick as possible; with new brick to match existing. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
