No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of wood fence with a 6 foot 6 inches tall brick wall with off–center painted mahogany wood gate as shown in supplemental drawings dated 12 February 2014. Brick piers at gate, which were not approved, were deleted from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
