No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of two 6/6 double–hung windows on rear facade with Pella Architect Series all–wood double hung windows with 7/8 inch simulated divided lite wood muntins as shown in supplemental drawings dated 11 March 2014 which indicate use of half–screens. The replacement of the 6/6 windows on the front facade was deleted from this permit application. The front windows will be repaired. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
