No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of stockade fence with a 7 feet high brick wall as shown in supplemental drawings dated 24 March 2014 which indicate an arched opening within wall for a wood gate. Brick wall must be painted to match the color of the house. Wood gate must be painted or stained with an opaque stain. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
