Recommendation
No objection to concept design for proposed site work, including ADA ramp, sidewalks, railings and landscaping provided that detailing of railings match design of existing wrought iron railings used elsewhere on campus and across Tondorf Drive rather than the ones used within the building. No objection to temporary re–paving of entrance plaza with asphalt, with the understanding that the final plaza will have permeable pavers on a sand and gravel base. File new submission at DCRA of detailed drawings for re–alignment of Tondorf Drive, new sidewalks and new permeable plaza at entrance to Regent Hall for review by the Commission. File new submission at DCRA of construction drawings, including details and dimensions, with permit application for ADA ramp and site work for review by the Commission.
