Returned without Action. Supplemental drawings and a site visit of 6 October 2015 indicate that proposed installation of solar panels on roof would not be visible from a public thoroughfare. The Commission questions the appropriateness of mounting solar panels to the front slope of the roof on a historic building. Refer to the Historic Preservation Review Board. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the proposed design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for confirmation of visibility prior to the issuance of a permit. Note that gas meter located in front of basement window was not relocated to within the premises as indicated in the scope of work of previously approved submission OG 11-116.
