The Commission regrets the numerous exterior alterations and addition executed without a permit. The Commission recommends AGAINST the proposed alterations and addition per drawings received 18 September 2015 which are not consistent with 21 May 2015 recommendation OG 15-154 or the 16 July 2015 recommendation OG 15-259, nor compatible with the character of this 1898 free-standing residence. For further review of this project, the Commission requires professional quality drawings documenting original, current, and proposed conditions.
