No objection to issuance of permit for proposed addition to garage with roof terrace, site work, and alterations to stairs, brick terrace set on permeable sand and gravel base, replacement landscape to match scale of existing, and replacement doors at rear to match detailing of existing doors per drawings received 24 June 2016. Up-light landscape fixtures, installed without review, to be removed as part of this permit application. Recommend that brick retaining walls behind historic metal fence along sidewalks are removed and berm returned to original condition.
