No objection to concept design for proposed two-story rear addition per supplemental drawings received 13 October and 7 November 2016 which indicate retention of historic fabric at rear wall and ell, 1/1 windows and 4 panel door at front elevation, and 2/2 windows at rear elevation PROVIDED that brick veneer at front stair is removed to document condition of concrete stair and cheek walls to be repaired. File new submission of working drawings, including details, dimensions, cut-sheets for all-wood windows and doors, and landscape plan, with permit application for review by the Commission.
