No objection to issuance of permit for repair of existing slate and metal roofing, replacement of rectangular gutters and downspouts with copper half-round gutters and downspouts, replacement of metal party-wall caps with copper caps, installation of louvered shutters at side elevations (as previously approved under OG 14-088), and general repair and restoration work, per drawings received 13 January 2017. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
