No objection to concept design for one-story porch and mud-room addition at rear ell, door replacements, new brick terrace and brick wall, and pergola with landscaping and site work, per supplemental drawings received 24 March 2017, PROVIDED the overhang at the new addition does not extend past the south wall of the main building. File new submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
