No objection to concept design for overall modernization of Georgetown University's Central Utility Plant, per drawings received 25 May 2018, which indicate the extension in height of three existing boiler-flu stacks, the installation of one more stack to match the others, modifications to openings, and piping and utility modifications. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
