During installation, the existing infill around the existing windows would be removed. No objection to concept design at the design-development stage for addition at the south elevation and enclosure of the base floor at the east side of the former Georgetown Incinerator building, per drawings received 24 May 2018, which indicate the addition would be steel, corten, and glass with a green roof, PROVIDED the ramp and skylights are restudied to become more integrated, the height of the south addition are aligned with the masonry head, rooftop screening is lowered and included in all elevation drawings, condenser unit near ground skylight is relocated, and penetrations of addition at building are studied and clearly documented.
