No objection to concept design for conservatory addition with new stair at the rear, addition of small window opening at west elevation, and extension of brick wall at the rear yard, per drawings received 29 May 2018, PROVIDED chimneys are retained, existing window and door openings are retained at south elevation of existing rear addition, and window at second floor of existing rear addition is replaced to be more historically appropriate. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
