The Commission regrets that bluestone pavers were installed without review or approval on top of concrete in the front yard of these two properties. No objection to issuance of permit for already-installed bluestone pavers at front yard, per documentation received 16 August 2019. Permeable paving is preferred, and the Old Georgetown Board strongly expresses that this impervious paving should not set a precedent. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
