No objection to concept design for the construction of a new two-story single-family detached residence, per supplemental materials received 6 May 2025, PROVIDED the applicant improve the entry gate and fence designs as part of the permit application to be more compatible with the character of the decorative metalwork in the Georgetown Historic District and the applicant study the first floor ganged windows on the facade and consider raising the sills and narrowing the openings. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
