No objection to issuance of permit to install metal railing at rooftop terrace, repaint the east building wall and add wood lattice at the terrace level, and replace an existing retractable awning with a new striped fabric awning, per supplemental materials received 14 May 2025, PROVIDED existing utility and conduits on the front elevation are relocated to the least visible location. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
