No objection to issuance of permit for rooftop solar, equipment, and conduit, per mockups completed 18 January 2026 and 25 March 2026 and per supplemental plans received 31 March 2026, which indicate per the Old Georgetown Board's direction that panels 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, 57, 60, 61, and 105 have been removed and panels 21 through 24 have been reoriented from portrait to landscape and moved closer to the roof edge and panels 58, 59, and 62 have been reoriented from landscape to portrait and moved farther from the roof edge. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
