No objection to issuance of permit for window restoration and alterations at McNeir Auditorium at Georgetown University's New North, per supplemental materials received 5 June 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction includes an updated north elevation to include the proposed condensing unit and platform; a cross section of the proposed vent in the transom above Window B29 to confirm it would match the existing vent above Window B31; a note that the transom removed transom window above Window B29 would be salvaged and stored on site in case it could be reinstalled in the future; an updated drawing for Door 1A with lites to match the shape and proportions of the historic sash windows; and a cross section for Door 1A to confirm the door is single glazed and would have clear glass with no lo-emissivity coating in compliance with the Board's Window Policy and Guidelines. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
