No objection to concept design for one-story sunroom addition at the rear, a two-story infill addition at the rear ell, and rooftop addition, per supplemental materials received 23 June 2026, PROVIDED a pre-patinated zinc is used at the infill and rooftop additions, the infill addition is recessed further, and the roof slope of the rooftop addition is changed to allow retention of chimneys at their current height. Visibility mockup must be scheduled prior to permit submission. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
