No objection to the issuance of permit for the alterations and repairs to existing entrance and addition of retaining wall as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 18 September 2006 provided the retaining wall is level and does not exceed 42 inches from the sidewalk grade at its tallest point. Suggest the extension of wall around the corner of the property at 32nd Street, if possible. Any additional work performed in the landscape or to the exterior of the house must be submitted to the Commission of Fine Arts for review.
