No objection to the issuance of a permit for exterior modifications to an existing house, including the construction of new window openings in the north and west facades, the installation of metal-clad new and replacement doors and windows, the installation of new metal deck railings, and the modification of an existing basement access stair to serve a lowered basement floor, as well as the construction of a below-grade cellar and rear addition that will not be visible from the exterior, as shown in materials received and dated 4 November 2016. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
