No objection to the concept for modifications to the site of an existing house, including the relocation of the entrance path and stairs, the construction of a new landing at the entrance to the house, modifications to the paving of the driveway, and new plantings, as shown in materials received and dated 7 April 2017, PROVIDED that the modified retaining wall be entirely brick and rectilinear in plan and that the driveway paving be better organized, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials.
