No objection to the issuance of a permit for the renovation of and additions to an existing office building, as shown in materials received and dated 8 November 2019, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Submission largely conforms with previously approved concept. This review does not include signs; forward a separate submission for signs that comply with the regulations for the Shipstead-Luce Act area when ready.  Refer to DC Public Space Committee. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
