No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of several additions to an existing house and the installation of replacement windows, PROVIDED that the proposed elevated screened porch be redesigned to provide better protection for the adjacent large existing tree, PROVIDED that the replacement windows not be vinyl or vinyl-clad, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
