No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of six replacement panel antennas, one new panel antenna, three replacement remote radio heads, three new remote radio heads, and associated equipment at an existing rooftop cellular antenna installation for T-Mobile, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2020 and supplemental materials received and dated 14 October 2020, PROVIDED the tops of the antennas be no higher than the portion of the penthouse wall to which they are attached, PROVIDED the antennas and mounting brackets be painted to match the existing penthouse walls, PROVIDED that existing panel antennas mounted higher than the penthouse wall be lowered as required under previous review, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
