No objection to the issuance of a permit for the complete reconstruction of an existing wood deck in the rear yard of an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 2 July 2021 and supplemental materials received and dated 14 July 2021. Staff notes with regret that the proposed work has been largely completed without a permit and without CFA review. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
