No objection to the issuance of a permit for repairs to light wells, including concrete and masonry repairs, rebuilding sections of the masonry walls, replacing area drains, repairing railings, and installing of new guard grates at deep areaways, as shown in materials received and dated 6 January 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 10 January 2023, PROVIDED that new brick be used in less-visible areas and salvaged brick in more-visible areas such as copings. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
