No objection to the issuance of a permit for the reconstruction of a section of an existing fence, including the installation of four new larger posts and footings and four new sections of lattice fence top, as shown in materials received and dated 6 January 2023. Staff notes with regret that a permit was issued for this work before referral for CFA review. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
