No objection to the issuance of a revised permit for the renovation of and an addition to the rear of an existing house, including a new rear roof deck and the relocation of the electrical meter inside the house, with a modified design that slightly reduces the footprint of the second and third floor additions, as shown in materials received and dated 6 January 2023. Submission largely conforms with previously approved permit submission. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
