No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of nine replacement panel antennas, four new panel antennas, 15 replacement remote radio heads, and five new remote radio heads and associated equipment for AT&T at an existing cellular facility at the penthouse of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 6 January 2023, PROVIDED that the tops of the antennas and support structures be mounted no higher than coping of the penthouse wall to which they are mounted, and PROVIDED that all antennas, equipment, and support structures be painted to match the penthouse behind. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
