Recommendation
No objection to the issuance of a revised permit for modifications to an existing house, including the installation of replacement doors and windows and new rooftop mechanical equipment, the reconstruction and recladding of the rear framed portion of the house, and the construction of a new steel rear deck and spiral stair, as shown in materials received and dated 3 March 2023. Submission largely conforms to previously approved design, with only modifications to the configuration of the deck. Refer to L'Enfant Trust for historic easement. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
