No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a new in-ground pool in the rear yard of an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 3 March 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 14 March 2023, 17 March 2023, and 1 June 2023, PROVIDED that the existing retaining wall be modified to meet the modified grade using the same material and color as the existing wall. No objection to the issuance of a revised permit for modifications to an existing house, including the installation of replacement doors and windows and new rooftop mechanical equipment, the reconstruction and recladding of the rear framed portion of the house, and the construction of a new steel rear deck and spiral stair, as shown in materials received and dated 3 March 2023.
